Folder Licensing and Acquisitions Review Group
The Licensing & Acquisitions Review Group is charged with conducting a comprehensive examination of the evolving roles of acquisition and licensing in the libraries and determining actionable recommendations for improvement.

The Metadata Implementation Group, or MIG, coordinates metadata standards for digital library projects within the Libraries.

The OntechNews Bureau submits entries to the OnTechNews publication on behalf of the UW Libraries.
Folder Preservation Program Advisory Committee (PPAC)
The Preservation Program Advisory Committee or PPAC advises and assists the Preservation Administrator by identifying and prioritizing preservation needs and developing preservation guidelines, policies, and training. Meetings are usually held the first and third Monday of the month from 3-4:30 in the Suzzallo 5th Floor Conference Room East.

Monitors and assesses directional and informational signage in the Suzzallo and Allen libraries to ensure a consistent appearance and content for signage throughout the two buildings.
