This workshop is required for all new staff and for student employees of the Libraries. It is also a great refresher for experienced staff members.
The workshop includes a discussion of the Libraries values and how those relate to the service we offer to our customers every day.
The interactive session also includes:
- Videos illustrating important customer service techniques
- Exercises to help with message taking and creating positive customer service phrases
- Information about helpful online resources
- Customer service scenarios for discussion
